INTRAC Group is exclusive importer in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for a number of world leading producers of heavy machines. We represent among other brands John Deere forest equipment, Case and Doosan earthmoving machinery, Massey Ferguson tractors and combines, Manitou telehandlers and Bomag road building equipment. INTRAC Group AB is the holding company of the INTRAC group of companies with HQs located in central Stockholm.

The INTRAC companies offer professional users in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania the best available distribution and service for heavy tracked and wheeled machinery. Many of our customers are active in forestry, small and medium sized industries, farming, quarries and/or different construction businesses.

INTRAC operates with sales, spare parts and service through thirteen offices spread throughout our territory. We represent world class brands, and have an outstanding availability in the market area. Our thirteen workshops and more than fifty service vans are well equipped and of highest standards. The group employs more than 250 people and the total sales for year 2019 exeeded EUR 75 millions. Through our service and sales concept, we have reached and withheld leading market shares for our different business lines.

Ownership change

The investment company United Partners Investment (UPI) will acquire all shares of the INTRAC group of companies. The new owner of the INTRAC Group is an independent investment banking firm with focus on the Baltic countries. The core business lines are corporate finance advisory services, direct investments, asset management and real estate investments.
