INTRAC Group divests its Polish operations
INTRAC Group AB informs that effective June 26th 2017 the Group has sold off its Polish activities related to the material handling business to Zeppelin Polska. The sales and service activities plus spare parts supply for Manitou and Grove are transferred from INTRAC Polska to Zeppelin Polska. The transaction includes the takeover of 40 qualified employees and 5 branches out of which service and parts are provided to local clients.
Zeppelin Polska Sp. Z.o.o. is a subsidiary of Zeppelin CZ s.r.o. and part of the German multinational Zeppelin Group. INTRAC Group will with this step increase the focus on its expanding activities in the Baltic's. Through the acquisition of the INTRAC Polish network Zeppelin strengthen its position in Poland. Customers will benefit from the dense network, leveraging on the trained staff Zeppelin has taken over from INTRAC and will continue to enjoy the excellent services they have experienced so far.
